Jeannie Randolph is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience starting, buying, and selling businesses across diverse industries, including the gift, pet, and craft and hobby sectors. Growing up on a working ranch and in her family's department store, she developed a deep appreciation for hard work, dedication, and exceptional customer service—values that continue to drive her success today.

Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M University, with a minor in marketing and concentrations in public relations and advertising. Her achievements include the prestigious Aggie 100 Award in 2006, recognizing her company as one of the fastest-growing businesses owned by a Texas A&M graduate. She has also earned multiple national awards for results-driven marketing in the financial sector. 

Most recently, she was recognized as a 2023 Outstanding Producer by the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and achieved the distinguished Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation in 2022.

Before launching her entrepreneurial career, Jeannie spent five years in marketing with a Houston-area credit union and served as the public relations manager for one of Houston’s largest auto dealerships, where she specialized in customer service training and brand management.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jeannie enjoys playing tennis, photography, hiking in the Southwest, and traveling to destinations near and far.
