Connie brings 25 years of hands-on experience building businesses from the ground up. Before joining Brio Brokers, she spent her career conceptualizing, launching, and operating day spas across the country, developing a rare combination of entrepreneurial instinct, operational discipline, and an eye for the details that make a business work. She later brought that same insight into commercial real estate, representing healthcare and wellness providers and learning firsthand what it takes to open and run a successful practice.

That full-circle experience—as a business owner, an operator, and an advocate for other business owners—shapes everything about how Connie works with clients today. Connie is a New Mexico native who returned home after building her career nationally. She is deeply rooted in her community, serving on the board of the Domestic Violence Resource Center, participating in Leadership Sandoval, and serving as a board member with Junior Achievement of New Mexico. She is also an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and NAIOP New Mexico, reflecting her long-standing commitment to the business and real estate communities she serves. Her network across the healthcare, business, and economic development communities means her clients benefit from connections that go well beyond a standard transaction.
